EMTV, Papua New Guinea’s premier television channel and the country’s window to the world, appointed Benchmark Broadcast to migrate the existing setup to new infrastructure with HD production capabilities.

As a channel owned by Telikom PNG Ltd., the vision was to make it a leading source of communication for Pacific communities with services offering news, sports, entertainment, education, and advertisements.

Benchmark Broadcast’s involvement in the migration project included a workflow study and requirement analysis along with suggested improvements, site visits to aid solution planning for design and development, facility planning, and migration of the existing studio to HD facilities.
