Benchmark Broadcast has an ongoing partnership with Bloomberg Television across locations. In Malaysia the assignment to set up a 24×7 HD business and financial news channel required state-of-the-art broadcast technology that could embrace complex data and media inflows and ingests; a sophisticated and robust storage and retrieval system; a versatile graphics solution; and a playout system capable of handling multiple input streams for a single output channel.

The Broadcast solution for this project resulted in a workflow that uniquely takes a data-centric approach quite different to that of a regular news channel.
